Imtech Vonk has an very well utilised assembling/production workfloor, where control panels, consoles atc. are fully assembled and wired. Due to the available production capacity of over 45.000 man hours per year, a short production time can be realised. This is applicable for small projects, as well as for large projects with e.g. more than 40 panels. Our company is focused on quality, to minimize the start-up period on location. In 1993, Imtech Vonk received the ISO 9001 certificate. As a part of the Quality Management System within Imtech Vonk there are a number of predetermined test and control points within the manufacturing process. All projects are monitored by the implementation specific controls designed to meet the requirements of each individual system. An overview of the quality control points for this project is listed in the Test and Inspection Plan FN 32.300/3A, this document can be send to you on request. Further information related to procedures, standard work instructions, document controls etc. are also available on request (in the dutch language). De Factory Acceptance Test is a standard test that will be executed by Imtech Vonk, and that can be accompanied by our client or his nominated representative. The technical requisition that is issued by the client will be the basis for the test protocol, that will be developed before the start of the test. During the test, valves, motors, pumps etc. can be simulated by use of a separate test PLC system, or by use of hand-switches and lamp boxes. Imtech Vonk has also the capability to perform a heat soak test. A special conditioned room (size 5.00 x 2.30 m) can be heated up to 70 °C. By use of a controller and multiple temperature transmitters, a various temperature cycle can be achieved. With a 6-channel recorder the temperature can be monitored and registrated. Imtech Vonk offers also the possibility for a integrated test. For this tests, for over 500 square meter floor space is available. The client can, on his requests, include other external panels, to make a complete set-up of the control systems, before it is shipped to location.
